Privacy policy
Effective October 29, 2026. Plain language about what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Clear & Ready Property Services is a trade name of The Truth Label LLC. We provide property cleanout and property preparation services in Northern Virginia. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Clear & Ready Property Services and The Truth Label LLC. "You" means anyone who visits our website, calls or texts us, or asks us for a quote.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, mobile number and email address.
- The property address or ZIP code, and details about the property and the job: service requested, property type, size, rooms, access, heavy items, timing, known hazards, and what needs to happen with the property afterward.
- Your relationship to the property and whether you are authorized to hire for it.
- Photos and videos you upload or send us.
- What you tell us on calls, in text messages and in emails.
- Payment and billing details when you hire us. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, IP address, pages you view, and the site that sent you to us.
- Ad and campaign details, such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers, so we know which ads and listings bring in requests.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described below.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, assess the scope, and prepare a written quote.
- To schedule, perform and document the work, including before and after photos.
- To contact you by phone, email, and text message (texts only if you opted in) about your request, your quote, scheduling and the job.
- To bill you and keep business, tax and legal records.
- To run, secure and improve our website, and to measure how our advertising performs.
- To protect our customers, crews and business, and to comply with the law.
Photos of your property
We use photos you send, and photos taken during the job, to scope, quote, plan and document the work. We will not use photos of your property in our advertising or on our website without your written permission. When we do use them with permission, we avoid showing faces and house numbers.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call you about your request. We send text messages only to people who have opted in. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See the SMS terms in our Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not stop us from using service providers, such as our phone and texting platform, that deliver messages for us.
Cookies, analytics and ads
Our website uses cookies, pixels and similar tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel. They help us understand how people use the site, measure which ads lead to quote requests, and show our ads to people who have visited our site. These companies may collect information about your visit and use it under their own privacy policies.
You can limit this by:
- Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings.
- Adjusting Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com, or installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to do the work and run the business:
- Crews and subcontractors who perform your job receive what they need to do it, such as the address, access details, scope and photos.
- Service providers who work for us, such as our customer-management, phone and texting platform, website host, payment processor, and disposal or donation partners.
- Analytics and advertising providers such as Google and Meta, as described above.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect people, property or our rights.
- Business changes, if the business or its assets are transferred, subject to this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to your request, complete and document the job, and meet our tax, legal and record-keeping obligations. Then we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website, phone system or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Ask us what personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
- Ask us not to call or email you about marketing.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. We will respond to requests as the law requires. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information we are required to keep.
Children
Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
