How it works

One call. One clear scope. One property ready for what's next.

Here is what happens from the first call to a property that's ready for its next step.

The Clear & Ready process

Six steps.

  1. Step 1Tell us what's happening.

Call, submit the quote form, or send photos. Tell us what needs to happen with the property after the work is finished.

  2. Step 2Get a clear scope.

We identify what is included, excluded, and required. For estate cleanouts, that includes what to keep, what to remove, and what not to touch.

  3. Step 3Get a clear quote.

No vague hourly-labor promise. You get a written quote for the scope we agreed on.

  4. Step 4Approve and schedule.

Once you approve, the crew is assigned and the project scheduled.

  5. Step 5We document the work.

Before and after photos are captured, so you can see the result even if you can't be there.

  6. Step 6The property is ready for what's next.

Sale, transfer, tenant, contractor, renovation, or handoff.

Your written quote shows

  • The property.
  • Included scope.
  • Excluded scope.
  • What “complete” means for this job.
  • Your responsibilities, such as access.
  • Estimated schedule.
  • Price and payment timing.
  • How changes are handled.
  • When the quote expires.

If something changes on site

  1. The crew stops the affected work.
  2. The condition is photographed.
  3. We explain the change and any revised price.
  4. You approve before that work resumes.

No crew member adds billable work on their own. If a crew finds a safety hazard, such as suspected asbestos, unknown chemicals or structural instability, affected work stops until it is handled properly.

Our promises

Clear scope. No surprises.

No-surprise scope promise

You approve changes before they happen.

If conditions change the price, we explain the change and get your approval before additional work proceeds.

Scope completion promise

If we miss something in scope, we come back.

If something included in the written scope is missed, notify us promptly and we will arrange to correct the missed scope without an additional labor charge, subject to changed conditions, exclusions, and the written agreement.
