About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to quote requests, calls and text messages with Clear & Ready Property Services, a trade name of The Truth Label LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or contacting us, you agree to these terms. If you hire us, the written quote or agreement for your job also applies, and it controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Using our website

This website gives general information about our services. It is not an offer to perform any specific job. Please use it lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, misuse the quote form, or send anything harmful or unlawful.

Quotes and written scope

• Every job is quoted in writing. Information on this site, and anything said on a call before a written quote, is not a binding price or commitment.
• A written quote lists the included scope, excluded scope, schedule, price, payment timing and an expiration date. It is based on the information and photos you give us and the conditions we can see.
• We may decline any job, including work outside our service area or outside what we can lawfully and safely perform.

Our services and limits

We provide property cleanouts, debris removal, cleaning coordination and other qualifying property-preparation services in Northern Virginia, as described in each written scope. We do not perform structural demolition, asbestos abatement, hazardous-material work, or unlicensed electrical, plumbing or HVAC work. Some work may be performed by crews or subcontractors in our service network.

Changes on site

If conditions on site change the work or the price, affected work stops, we photograph the condition, and we explain the change and any revised price. Additional work proceeds only after you approve it. If a crew finds a safety hazard, such as suspected asbestos, needles or biohazards, unknown chemicals, structural instability, or live electrical or plumbing hazards, affected work stops until it can be handled lawfully and safely, which may be outside our scope.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are authorized to hire us for the property, or you tell us who is.
• You give us accurate information, including known hazards, and safe access on the scheduled date.
• You remove, or clearly mark, anything to keep or not touch before work starts. We use a written keep / remove / do-not-touch list for estate cleanouts, and we rely on it.

Photos and information you send

When you send photos, videos or details, you confirm you have the right to share them and you allow us to use them to quote, plan, perform and document the work. We will not use photos of your property in advertising without your written permission. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Illustrations on this site

Images marked "Illustrative scenario" are drawings or generated images that show the kind of work we do. They are not photos of real Clear & Ready jobs, customers, properties or crews.

SMS terms

• Program: Clear & Ready Property Services text messages about your quote request, scheduling, job updates and photos, and follow-up on your request.
• Opt-in: You receive texts only if you opt in, for example by checking the text-message consent box on our quote form or by texting us first. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START or opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or call (571) 200-5717.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy policy.

Calls and email

When you request a quote, you agree we may call or email you about that request. You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you for marketing.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites, such as directory listings or social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limits

This website is provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate but do not promise it is complete, current or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website. Responsibility for work we perform is governed by the written quote or agreement for that job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
